The Philippine Real Estate Service Practitioners Inc. (PHILRES), the first ever organization in the Philippines to be accredited by the PRC as the AIPO (Accredited and Integrated Professional Organization) for the Real Estate Service Professions under Republic Act 9646 (Real Estate Act of 2009), celebrated Unity and Excellence thru PhilRES Pangasinan Chapter Chartering and Investiture Ceremony.
In a momentous gathering that brought together the crème de la crème of the real estate service profession, the PhilRES Pangasinan Chapter Chartering and Investiture Ceremony illuminated the halls of The Monarch Hotel in Calasiao, Pangasinan on August 19, 2023. This historic event marked the official chartering of the chapter and the investiture of its dedicated officers, setting a bright course for the future of real estate excellence in the province.
The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of notable Guests of Honor, including the Provincial Vice Governor, Hon. Mark Ronald D.G. Lambino, whose unwavering support for the profession and dedication to its progress were evident in his heartfelt address. The Municipal Mayor of Calasiao, Hon. Kevin Roy Q. Macanlalay, recognized for his commitment to community development and collaboration, shared his insights on the pivotal role of real estate practitioners in shaping the region’s landscape. The PRC Regional Director, Atty. Arl Ruth Sacay-Sabelo, with her passion for upholding industry standards, emphasized the importance of professionalism and ethics.
The Chartering Officer, PhilRES National Vice President for Chapter Development and Affairs, brought with him a spirit of unity that reverberated through the room. He commended the newly chartered chapter for embodying the core values of PhilRES, fostering a community where local government units, assessors, appraisers, consultants, environmental planners, brokers, and agents worked together harmoniously for the greater good.
During the event, Chapter President Beth Paling shared a heartwarming anecdote that encapsulated the unity and commitment that defined the chapter. She narrated how, members from various specialties came together to make the event a resounding success. Despite their diverse backgrounds, the common thread of passion for their profession and the vision of unity ignited a fire of collaboration that burned brighter with each passing day.
