Our Fees
Sales
Unless otherwise explicitly stipulated in the mandate between the parties, agency fees are the following:
Agency fee of 5% is calculated from the sales contract price of the property. The professional fees are payable by the seller. This includes marketing, sales, and representation in documentation and processing of title transfer.
- Notarization, Capital Gains Tax, and Documentary Stamp Tax, are paid by the Seller.
- Transfer Tax and registration fees are shouldered by the Buyer.
