Ms. Beth Paling, REB

Ms. Apple Bethel “Beth” Paling is a seasoned Licensed Real Estate Broker with a substantial background in the real estate industry. She possesses expertise in Sales, Buyer Representation, Leasing, Documentation, and Management. Ms. Paling commenced her real estate career in February 2008 as a Premier Property Specialist at Ayala Land Sales, Inc. She subsequently joined DMCI Project Developers, Inc., where she progressed from Property Consultant to Senior Property Consultant, representing the DMCI Homes brand.

In 2011, she successfully passed the Board and received her real estate license following the implementation of the Real Estate Service Act (RESA) Law. In 2021, Ms. Paling established her own real estate service agency in her hometown of Pangasinan, named Associated Brokers & Buyers, legally known as AB&B Real Estate Services.

Ms. Paling has held notable positions within the PAREB Metro Pangasinan Real Estate Board, Inc., serving as Vice President for Education in 2018, and President from 2019 to 2022. She currently holds the position of President for the Philippine Institute for Real Estate Service Practice, Inc. (PhilRES) Pangasinan Chapter.

Currently, she is pursuing her MBA at Urdaneta City University, Pangasinan. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Saint Louis University, Baguio City, and has completed her Real Estate Management training at the Urban Institute of Real Estate Services in Makati City.
