Ms, Apple Bethel “AB” Paling, is an experienced Licensed Real Estate Broker with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Her real estate career started in February 2008 as Premier Property Specialist at Ayala Land Sales, Inc., followed by being Property Consultant and later on promoted to Senior Property Consultant at DMCI Project Developers, Inc., representing DMCI Homes brand. She passed the Board and received her real estate license in 2016 when RESA Law was implemented. Fast-forward to 2021, she founded her own real estate service agency in her hometown in Pangasinan and named it Associated Brokers & Buyers legally known as AB&B Real Estate Services.
